			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>All the votes are in and the winner of <strong>The Fire Safety Project Video Contest</strong> has been verified.</p>
<p>Congratulations to Coconut Creek Elementary School in Coconut Creek, Florida! Students from Mrs. Fay’s third grade and Mrs. Rothacker’s second grade classes produced the winning entry – <strong>“Fire Safety Rules!”</strong></p>
<p> The school will be presented a check for the $10,000 grand prize in January 2011. In addition, Coconut Creek Fire Rescue will receive a $2,500 donation.  </p>
